Our Design Process

What happens once I place my order for a design pack?

Once you have a placed an order with us for a design pack, our Graphic Design superstars will reach out to you via email to ask you a bunch of questions to find out everything you want to achieve with your design.

How long until I receive my design?

Expect your first draft of your design within 3 business days, depending on it's level on complexity. From here final delivery of your design will depend on how many revisions you wish to make.

What happens once my design has been finished?

Upon completion of your amazing new design pack, if it is a logo only pack you will receive all files via email PDF, EPS, JPG, PNG.

If your order is for a design & print pack your final files will go to print, therefore expect your final order within 10 business days, you will be emailed tracking once your order has been dispatched.
