Do you offer custom sticker sizes?

Yes, we sure can. Please email us at info@slickgraphics.com.au. 
We can print as small as 2cm x 2cm and as big as 130cm wide.

What file formats do we accept?

We accept all file formats. Vector files are our preference as this will give you a great quality print result! Example of vector files, PDF, AI, EPS, SVG. 

How long will my order take?

Once you have approved your artwork, orders are processed and sent to production. Production time for stickers usually takes 3-5 business days for runs less than 1000 stickers. For larger runs, we will be in touch to let you know once artwork approved. If your order is urgent, let us know!

For any design work you will receive a proof within 24hours of your order, from start to finish you can expect your design work to be received within 10 business days.

Because we are a local business, we support and use Australia Post for our deliveries.

Standard delivery then takes:

• 1-3 business days to metro areas within Victoria 
• 2-5 business days delivery within Metro areas in Australia
• 3-7 business days for Country/Rural/Remote Areas

Express Post usually takes:

• 1-2 business days to any address within the Australia Post Express Post Network
• 2-4 business days delivery if you are outside the Express Post Network
